Translate satellite demand into executable work for each department.
Run daily/weekly planning cadence; surface risks and mitigations.
Produce master schedule, capacity plans, and visual management boards.
Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes without disrupting production.
Schedule downtime to minimise cost and impact.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years planning/production/operations in tech environments (aerospace/defense/etc.)
Proven capability to build and own a master schedule across departments.
ERP/MRP/MES experience; planning master data accuracy.
Experience with Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
Strong English communication skills.
