Major Projects Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex commercial construction projects across the U.S. from planning to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, safety, procurement, and contracts.
• Collaborate with owners, engineers, architects, and finance teams to solve issues and move projects
• Conduct regular site visits and stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and risks.
• Build strategic customer relationships and deliver monthly updates and reports.
• Travel to project sites as needed to meet stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Management, or related field (or equivalent
• 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction (retail, banks, facilities).
• Strong knowledge of estimation, means/methods, accounting, and project administration.
• LEED familiarity and sustainable construction practices.
• Experience breaking projects into trade packages and building schedules.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
