🎯 Requirements

3+ years in software delivery, PM, or engineering leadership
Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams
Proficient in agile methods: Scrum and Kanban
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
Familiar with cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms
Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication
Familiar with Claude or AI tools for planning
