📋 Description

• Join Insider One's Management Trainee Program to develop future People & Culture Leads.
• Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, internal comms, employer branding, people analytics
• Work with AI-powered processes to redesign workflows and automate tasks.
• Collaborate with Head of People & Culture and cross-functional teams, including C-levels.
• Engage in global mobility processes and cross-country operations.
• Organize internal and external People & Culture events and training.
