Management Trainee (JFK Airport)

📋 Description

• 12-month Management Trainee Program leading to a leadership position
• Gain experience in Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management
• Work in day-to-day operations and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, and
• Travel within the United States; up to 50% travel during the first year
• Potential to be placed in a leadership role anywhere in the United States after program completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, and
• Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset; proactive and independent
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
• Proactive attitude, ability to solve problems and own responsibilities
• Agile, flexible; valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience
• Willingness to work and travel within the United States; not a fully remote role
