📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AR operations—DSO reduction and cash-flow predictability
• Manage invoicing cycle for accuracy; oversee collections with relationship focus
• Drive AR aging discipline; maintain current AR ledger; own related controls
• Identify gaps causing revenue leakage or delays; own solutions and policy docs
• Run internal AP workflows through Procurify; act as platform expert feedback conduit
• Own full month-end close; coordinate across teams and ensure timely sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation required
• 5+ years progressive accounting, including 2+ years in people management
• Hands-on AR & AP operations; process ownership
• Proven month-end close ownership in a fast-paced, high-volume env
• GAAP/ASPE knowledge; GST/HST, PST; US sales tax a plus
• Sage Intacct or NetSuite ERP experience; procurement/spend mgmt a plus
