📋 Description

• Lead AP SSC operations reporting to GPO of AP
• Own KPI delivery and end-to-end AP process improvements
• Manage 30+ team members in SSC/GCC with strong people skills
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting stakeholders globally
• Drive process innovations and automation in AP (SAP, VIM)
• Mentor Team Leads for future management roles

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in accounting/finance; professional qual (CPA/ACCA)
• Minimum 12 years in AP in global, cross-functional setting
• Experience with change mgmt; SAP and VIM hard requirement
• Experience with automation, AI, RPA; strong data analysis, Excel
• Excellent English, strong communication; training/co-ordination skills
• Ability to lead diverse teams and develop people
