Manager - Accounts Payable - SSC India

📋 Description

• Lead AP SSC activities and drive improvements
• Report to GPO of AP; liaison with AP SSC ops
• Manage performance, salary conversations, and recruitment
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes within SSC with KPI oversight
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting stakeholders across H&M
• Operate AP activities in SAP and VIM; drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in accounting/finance or equivalent + professional qual
• 15+ years in AP in global, cross-functional env
• Experience with change management and automation tools
• SAP and VIM expertise required
• Strong English, communication, and training skills
• Excel data analysis; knowledge of AI/RPA is a plus
