Manager, Aesthetics Clinical Development

📋 Description

• Prepare scientific reports/presentations related to clinical trials using templates
• Coordinate advisory meeting agendas, slide decks, and consulting agreements
• Ensure compliance with IQS documents and study protocols
• Lead study development with current electronic document processes
• Handle task flow from function/MD staff within timelines
• Analyze clinical study data (PK, safety, efficacy) with available software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s in science with 11+ years pharma experience, or Pharm-D/PhD with 1+ years
• Ability to understand complex clinical study principles
• Advanced data analysis and presentation/report generation skills
• Experience in team leadership or scientific project leadership
• Experience in clinical research, drug development, or therapeutic area operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
