Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of autonomous AI agents for GTM operations
• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize Salesforce Agentforce workflows
• Develop AI-driven agent flows to automate GTM processes and improve customer experiences
• Define data strategies using Data360 and Snowflake for real-time agent context
• Design prompts, routing, and non-linear workflows to boost agent performance
• Establish AI governance, guardrails, and circuit breakers for security and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM systems engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with autonomous AI agents in enterprise environments; Salesforce Agentforce
• Expertise in prompt engineering, dynamic routing, and non-linear workflows
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce Data360, and Agentforce
• Experience with APIs and data integrations
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate ops into AI solutions
