Manager, Automation & Controls Engineering (Power Generation & Utilities)

📋 Description

• Own automation and controls scope for gas/steam turbines and power assets.
• Design, build, commission, and improve DCS/SCADA, PLC, and control networks.
• Lead a high-reliability team with hands-on technical leadership.
• Interface with EPCs, OEMs, and internal teams for full integration.
• Drive standardization of control architecture and cybersecurity.
• Own field commissioning, loop checks, testing, start-up, and hand-off.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls/Automation or related.
• 8+ years in automation/controls on industrial power projects.
• 3+ years leading a team of engineers/technicians.
• Hands-on with DCS/PLC/SCADA in power or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70/70B/70E, NESC, IEEE standards.
• PE license in Electrical or Controls or willingness to pursue.
