🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years in software/deployment/applications engineering roles
2+ years of people management or technical leadership
Customer-facing technical leadership experience
Strong software engineering fundamentals; proficient in C++ and Python
Excellent communication and leadership skills
