📋 Description

• Lead a Banking Operations team at the center of money movement.
• Coach analysts; strengthen judgment and documentation standards.
• Build operating rhythms for accurate, scalable monitoring functions.
• Oversee payment monitoring across wires, ACH, checks, SWIFT, and stablecoins.
• Shape processes and tech by improving onboarding, controls, and workflows.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and banking partners to ensure readiness for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in US banking/payments/operations in regulated finance.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Working knowledge of money movement rails (Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, checks).
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude, Hex, Granola, Glean).
• Strong judgment; risk assessment and audit-ready docs.
• Experience cross-functional with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Treasury/Finance.
