Manager, Billing

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of the global billing team; ensure cycles are accurate.
• Manage usage-based billing; ensure data integrity between product telemetry and finance.
• Identify bottlenecks in the billing workflow; implement automated solutions.
• Bridge Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve complex contract billing.
• Maintain internal controls for billing and support external audit requests.
• Partner with Business Applications to enhance billing stack (NetSuite, Salesforce).

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Billing or Revenue Operations with at least 3 years in SaaS leadership.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, consumption-based billing, and deferred revenue concepts.
• Proficient with Billing Platform (or Zuora), Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Analytical mindset; advanced Excel; comfortable pivoting large datasets.
• Excellent communication; able to explain complex billing logic to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
