🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cross-functional projects in consulting, tech strategy & operations, or startups
• Background in commercial strategy, market access, or product/operational strategy in healthcare
• Strong analytical skills and execution discipline
• Ability to manage multiple projects across functions
• Fast learner with ability to distill complex concepts
• MBA or strategic consulting background preferred
