📋 Description

• Lead scoping, requirements, prioritization for large initiatives.
• Choose predictive, iterative, or Agile methods by project.
• Engage stakeholders, baselines, manage changes.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
• Collaborate to define acceptance criteria and tests.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English, with strong BA experience, life sciences preferred.
• Experience in clinical data mgmt or programming (eCRFs, edit checks).
• Strong Agile (prefer Scrum), UML, data modeling, BA methodologies.
• Experience with BPMN; Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis.
• Leadership experience: coaching, performance mgmt, talent dev.

• Annual base salary: $87,585–$125,120
