Manager, Business HR - R&D

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the business. Help create and implement HR strategies.
• Coach and influence leaders on leadership development and talent management.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent; lead talent development and succession planning.
• Deliver and measure HR programs, ensuring client satisfaction and HR effectiveness.
• Build relationships with Centers of Excellence and Service Centers to coordinate HR elements.
• Consult on organization design and effectiveness to optimize performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience
• Knowledge of regulations and business acumen
• Experience with competency models and assessment tools (360, Thomas PPA) for manager talent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management or business experience
