📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and manage teams of Zoox and contingent workforce personnel for test fleet and
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance using workflows and metrics.
• Oversee daily fleet operations: deployments, maintenance tracking, service coverage.
• Drive excellence by focusing on customer experience and partnering with product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tech updates and service enhancements.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 8+ years leading the business side of large-scale operations
• 3+ years managing large teams of FTEs and contingent labor
• Management of continuous safety standards and improvement initiatives
• Experience in change management processes and managing large data sets
• Ability to work on-site at market facilities
