📋 Description

• Lead Retirement Benefit Analysts in pension benefit calculation services.
• Oversee performance, workloads, schedules, and deliverables.
• Escalate client/operational issues to leadership as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to strengthen skills and engagement.
• Support onboarding and development for new team members.
• Handle complex inquiries to support relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client service/financial services/retirement ops.
• At least 1 year of direct/indirect leadership experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage daily operations and balance workloads.
• Problem-solving and sound judgment for operational challenges.
• Basic financial acumen and knowledge of budgets/resource allocation.
