• Lead a global team of Business Analysts and Salesforce Admins

• Drive and track a roadmap of features and capabilities

• Manage incidents, bug fixes, and enhancements with timely delivery
• Establish SLAs for case response and prioritize process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing Salesforce platforms or commercial tech solutions
• Strong Salesforce.com knowledge
• Experience leading people and processes
• Ability to influence senior leaders and work independently
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving, and project facilitation
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
