Manager - Compliance

📋 Description

• The Compliance Manager oversees development, execution, and improvement of regional compliance
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to business leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
• Lead the regional compliance program: risk assessments, policy implementation, monitoring
• Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Design and deliver compliance training and communications; track completion/effectiveness.
• Support audits, monitoring, investigations; analyze risks and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification such as CCEP, CPA, CIA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance regs (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of risk assessments, auditing, monitoring, and investigations.
