📋 Description

• Lead a team of Conversation Designers, coaching, mentoring, and helping them grow their skills and
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams to deliver high-quality conversational
• Own strategic initiatives, evaluate frameworks, tooling, and quality practices to advance
• Balance day-to-day work with long-term thinking to evolve the team as AI capabilities grow.
• Collaborate across functions to prioritize work and remove obstacles for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, ideally in Conversation Design or
• Hands-on experience designing and building conversational AI experiences.
• Proven track record shipping AI agents powered by modern LLMs.
• Ability to improve conversational experiences through evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, and
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on talent development and continuous improvement.
