Manager, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis

📋 Description

• Own corporate FP&A outputs end-to-end.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process; present P&L to CFO.
• Manage FP&A close calendar and cadence with tight deadlines.
• Develop and mentor Senior ICs and Junior ICs; weekly 1:1s.
• Drive FP&A automation roadmap and partner with Finance Engineer.
• Build cross functional relationships to deliver insightful reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
• End-to-end monthly close experience.
• Experience producing board or investor materials.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite.
• Background in high-growth tech or SaaS preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
