Manager, Creator Community & Content

📋 Description

• Lead growth and engagement of BrandCycle's creator community across channels.
• Own channels: Facebook Group, Instagram, email, webinars; drive activations and earnings.
• Blend community management with content strategy and revenue mandate.
• Bridge creators' voice into messaging, campaigns, and product roadmap.
• Shape always-on content to maximize creators' earnings and impact.
• Measure success via creators activated, retained, and dollars earned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in social media, community management, and/or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing online communities or groups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with creators.
• Hands-on work with publishers, creators, or influencers.
• Proficiency with email marketing (Mailchimp, Hubspot or similar).
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

• Base pay range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
