📋 Description

• Identify operational, project, and maintenance-related hazards and potential severe consequences.
• Assess critical controls, evaluate reliability, and define assurance activities.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews with operations to verify control effectiveness.
• Analyze incidents and high-potential near misses to improve practices.
• Develop and support safety performance reporting with leading/lagging indicators.
• Coordinate field verification to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in construction, facilities/property management or similar high-risk environments.
• Proven experience identifying occupational and operational/process safety risks (electrical
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (HIRA, JSA, SWMS).
• Understanding of permit-to-work systems in operational settings.
• Experience evaluating control effectiveness and defining verification activities.
