Manager, Delivery - Forward Deployed Squads (CXAI)

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary squads driving discovery, ideation, and delivery of digital solutions in CX
• Collaborate with CX Operations leadership and TELUS Digital program leadership on initiatives.
• Own the POC-to-Pilot lifecycle, scoping scalable solutions within accounts and across clients.
• Ensure squad focus on measurable outcomes, tracking metrics and scaling opportunities.
• Communicate with engineers, product managers, marketing, and executives.
• Create and align holistic project plans with clients and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software/tech project or product leadership in a client services setting.
• Experience leading Fortune 500 software projects from discovery to deployment.
• Strong ability to manage complex scope with multiple external stakeholders.
• Technical problem-solving across systems and clear communication of issues.
• Excellent workshops and structured meetings to align stakeholders on goals.
• Experience mentoring other team members and driving AI-driven transformation where needed.
