📋 Description

• Lead and grow designers across internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component
• Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how the internal design system evolves, translating
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, direction, adoption
• Bring clarity and momentum to cross-functional work while balancing system coherence with product
• Evolve the Design Systems operating model, governance, reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and
• Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team across multiple workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of design management experience across multiple workstreams with a strong hiring and
• Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal
• Experience evolving an internal design system at scale and driving meaningful adoption
• Deep, hands-on Figma expertise and ability to drive organizational change with clarity and momentum
• Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
