📋 Description

• Lead the Hivemind Development Platform team and foster technical excellence and ownership.
• Set strategy and own the developer platform roadmap (SDK packaging, Nix build infra, toolchains
• Own customer-facing SDK developer experience and licensing for developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert friction points into platform requirements.
• Oversee architecture for a standardized package manager, CLI, and build environments.
• Ensure multi-language SDK development support and define productivity metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Software/Platform Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of strong understanding of C++, Linux, CMake, build systems, and software packaging.
• Strong architectural judgment for multi-team systems.
• B.S. or Master’s in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Excellent communication, organized, and collaborative mindset.
