Manager, DevOps and Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a global AI Platform DevOps team.
• Coordinate delivery with US-based technical leadership across time zones.
• Own sprint planning, delivery cadence, and progress reporting.
• Ensure technical quality through code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with the Principal Architect and AI/ML Engineering Lead on technical direction.
• Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Agile team leadership: 4+ years as Engineering Manager and 10+ years engineering experience.
• Enterprise AI platform infra development experience with leadership and hands-on roles.
• Experience deploying AI/ML platforms (LLMs, embeddings) and vector DBs (LanceDB).
• Experience with AWS core services (S3, IAM, EKS, Bedrock), Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform).
• Strong cross-geography communication and distributed-team coordination across time zones.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
