Manager, Digital Design

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Digital Designers with mentorship.
• Champion Cricut's visual identity with high design quality, consistency, accessibility, and
• Use customer insights, performance metrics, testing results, and analytics to inform decisions and
• Ensure creative excellence across digital channels including Cricut.com, PDPs, email, Design Space
• Review creative work and provide feedback to elevate quality and team capabilities.
• Partner with Marketing, Global Product Management, Copy, and DTC to ensure visual consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent
• 7+ years in digital design with at least 2 years managing teams.
• Strong portfolio across responsive web, email, social, and ad design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, accessibility standards, UX best
• Motion graphics or light animation skills (After Effects) are a plus.
