🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in disputes and chargebacks ops with BPO.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to improve cardholder outcomes via people, processes, or tech.
  • Data-driven with aging analysis and regulatory monitoring.
  • Tech skills: Google Suite, dispute platforms, Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, AI.
  • Familiar with fintech/payments, especially Reg E and Reg Z.
  • Willing to travel globally.
