Manager, EDC Administration

📋 Description

• Lead and support administration of clinical data management systems across studies.
• Serve as lead administrator for EDC systems in the United States.
• Manage user access, site setup, lab range uploads, subject administration, and site numbering
• Support integrations between EDC and other clinical platforms (TMS, IRT, MDM).
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for EDC activities (procedures, work instructions, templates

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years (or Bachelor’s with 7+ years) of
• Hands-on experience administering clinical systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, or Oracle
• Experience with clinical data warehouse solutions and enterprise clinical tech environments.
• Proven ability to create/maintain SOPs, templates, and compliance docs.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow for ticketing/workflow management.
• Experience collaborating with Clinical Operations, Safety, Biometrics, and IT stakeholders.
