📋 Description

• Lead a world-class team in flight-critical software for an all-electric aircraft powertrain.
• Coordinate development, verification, and certification of software including motor control, per
• Define and document streamlined software development and verification processes for safety-critical
• Collaborate with certification/safety teams on PSAC and DO178C objectives.
• Guide in-house software architecture/design to facilitate testing and analysis.
• Oversee SOI audits 1-4 and ensure tool qualification to DO330; monitor KPIs to improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 120 months of experience in C programming, aerospace software development (DO-178), safety-critical
• Experience leading teams in software development for aerospace applications.
