CAMS certification or ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (or equivalent).
10+ years in FCC QA, compliance monitoring, internal audit, or related control function in
Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, due diligence, digital KYC/KYB.
Masters risk-based testing: scoping, sampling, design/operating effectiveness, remediation
High ownership, written comms, stakeholder management to challenge senior partners.
