Manager, Energy Contract Administration

📋 Description

• Hands-on role overseeing energy regulatory compliance and post-execution administration of complex
• Ensure registrations, licenses, filings, renewals, and other obligations are completed accurately
• Support electricity, natural gas, utility relationships, energy procurement, and market activities
• Coordinate across Energy, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Site Development
• Build scalable processes, controls, dashboards, and workflows for compliance visibility and audit

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in energy regulatory compliance or related field.
• Experience with electric power, natural gas, utility, retail/wholesale energy, or ISO/RTO
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven regulatory filings across multiple
• Experience with state regulatory agencies, utilities, ISO/RTOs, legal counsel, and cross-functional
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/energy/public administration or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and ownership across processes and stakeholders.
