Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage a team of engineers to design, build, and test new Atlas features
• Lead complex technical projects across the Atlas Growth team
• Design the team's roadmap with delivery dates balancing feasibility and market pace
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams to center user needs
• Develop the codebase, best practices, and design principles with the team
• Mentor and grow engineers across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Has 5+ years software development experience
• Has 2+ years people management experience
• Writes large-scale distributed backend systems in Java/C#/Go
• Comfortable with frontend stack: React, TypeScript, React Testing Library
• Has experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of product analytics
