📋 Description

• Lead two high-impact engineering teams focused on secure software builds, supply-chain security

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical
• At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams across multiple domains.
• At least 8 years of professional hands-on software engineering experience in backend
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, hiring, and retaining engineers, including managing
• Leader-first management approach with current technical judgment to participate in architecture
• Strong experience prioritizing competing roadmaps, operational demands, stakeholder commitments
