Manager, Engineering Support

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Technical Solutions Engineers delivering production support for the Bestow Platform.
• Stay hands-on in code and reproduce partner defects for fast remediation.
• Own the engineering support queue end-to-end and ensure SLA attainment.
• _define and defend metrics, publish runbooks, and build scalable self-service tooling._

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software industry experience with 3+ years managing engineers.
• Go, Python, or TypeScript experience; PostgreSQL or relational DB; SQL skills.
• Observability, incident management, and tooling skills (APM, structured logging, incident.io or
• Experience with GenAI tooling, dashboards, and alerts; strong communication with partners.
• Regulated enterprise exposure preferred (fintech/insurance acceptable).
