📋 Description

  • Own operational execution for the event portfolio; manage timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain a master calendar coordinating timing and dependencies.
  • Manage registration, attendee experience, lead capture, and badging.
  • Build scalable event operations with templates, run-of-show, and playbooks.
  • Own the event tech stack and ensure data flows into marketing and sales.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, budgets, shipping, and onsite readiness.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in event management, operations, or experiential programs.
  • Strong project management across multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Hands-on vendor, agency, and production-partner management.
  • Comfortable using AI to scale repeatable processes.
  • Familiar with event tech (registration, lead retrieval, mobile apps) and Salesforce/Marketo.
  • Experience building scalable playbooks and operational frameworks.
