🎯 Requirements

6+ years in customer-facing tech roles; 2+ years leading FE/Technical teams.
Experience leading onboarding and adoption for SaaS or developer products.
Strong tech background with APIs, cloud infra, and CI/CD.
Experience managing escalations and supporting customers in production.
Proven ability to coach and grow high-performing customer-facing teams.
Strong organizational skills and effective communication.
