📋 Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Field Engineers supporting enterprise and commercial sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, solution design, demos, PoVs
  • Coach Field Engineers through customer engagements and complex evaluations
  • Establish high standards for technical excellence and customer engagement
  • Define and scale repeatable pre-sales methodologies, playbooks, and demo environments
  • Stay engaged with strategic opportunities and escalate complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer-facing technical roles, incl. 2+ years leading SE/FE teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or dev-focused products in fast-growth environments
  • Strong technical background with modern software tools, cloud platforms, and dev infra
  • Proven ability to coach teams through complex enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership on territory planning, strategic accounts, and deal execution
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders
