Manager, Field Integration & Test (R5104)

📋 Description

• Lead maritime and expeditionary integration activities for V-BAT unmanned aircraft systems.
• Manage a multidisciplinary field operations team; plan, execute, and sustain shipboard and
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation for RF systems, networks, and installation
• Coordinate deployment readiness, installation procedures, and field best practices across multiple
• Ensure safety, quality, and maritime regulatory compliance in field operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 8+ years in field integration, RF systems, maritime operations, or deployed technical ops.
• 3+ years leading technical teams in operational environments.
• Strong RF communications knowledge: S-band, C-band, SATCOM/BLOS, antennas & RF distribution.
• Experience with spectrum analyzers, RF components, link testing, EMI/EMC, networking hardware.
• Shipboard integration experience and ability to troubleshoot across RF, networking, and system
