📋 Description

• Field Tools, COE liaison to oversee Field Analytical and CRM tools implementation
• Drive field force effectiveness through partnerships to identify compliant systems solutions
• Lead onboarding for new teams and field tool/process integration
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to define requirements and plan deployments
• Develop plans to improve field tool adoption and infield strategic execution
• Provide training and change management for CRM enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or health-related field
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with infield activities and operations focus
• 5+ years implementing new technology-related systems or managing projects
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to leadership and users
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools; data analysis features (Excel macros, pivots)
