Manager, Financial Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead financial modeling and analytics for multi-market client engagements
• Develop and improve sophisticated financial models aligned with objectives
• Build dynamic models for leases, occupancy costs, cash flows, and investments
• Analyze pre-tax and after-tax cash flows, NPV, IRR, and GAAP evaluations
• Translate goals into analytics for site selection, negotiations, and portfolio optimization
• Collaborate with transaction teams and stakeholders to deliver insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics; MBA preferred
• 8–12 years in financial analysis or real estate finance
• Experience leading complex financial analyses for real estate or occupier strategies
• Strong cash flow, lease structures, occupancy cost modeling knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and sophisticated dynamic models
• Experience with cash vs GAAP analyses and transaction structures
