🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT/Operations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in engineering services, infra, technical support, or program delivery.
• 5+ years leading technical or cross-functional service delivery teams.
• Proven KPI governance and continuous improvement experience.
• Background in enterprise infrastructure, data center, or edge tech; Linux/Windows knowledge.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
