📋 Description

• Lead architecture and ops of Everpure’s global AV tech ecosystem.
• Define room standards and follow-the-sun support across NA/Europe/Asia.
• Partner with Networking, Collaboration, InfoSec, and execs to ensure secure, scalable AV.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and multi-year refresh plans for AV infra.
• Support executive events and end-to-end AV delivery for new offices.
• Align AV strategy with business needs through stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership of distributed technical teams across regions.
• Deep enterprise AV architecture and AV-over-IP (Dante, NDI) expertise.
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, QoS, multicast.
• Experience integrating AV with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex.
• Proactive monitoring, incident mgmt, and automated support processes.
• Vendor governance and project delivery with strict SLAs.
