🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field
5+ years in quality roles with MAH/Sponsor responsibilities
Experience managing product quality complaints and regulatory requirements
GMP, ICH Q10, CFR Part 211 knowledge
Regulatory processes, quality systems, recalls, CAPA expertise
Strong communication and cross-functional leadership
