Manager, Government Pricing

📋 Description

• Lead government pricing operations for multiple pharmaceutical clients to ensure timely, accurate
• Interface with clients to resolve issues and manage ongoing relationships.
• Review and approve client billings; calculate and file prices for federal programs (BP, AMP, ASP
• Oversee complex pricing concepts (bundles, discount reallocation, proration, smoothing) and lead
• Oversee data reconciliation and reporting calculations, ensuring submissions comply with government
• Maintain valid Class of Trades assignments and ensure 340B/PHS prices are calculated and maintained

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in finance, accounting, or related business field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry with state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs.
• Experience in deadline-driven environments with multiple client assignments; strong prioritization
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail; able to produce client-ready
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (pivot tables, data importing); ability to learn
• Experience ensuring regulatory, legal, and operational compliance with best practices.

• Base salary range: 102,900 - 154,300 USD.
