📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce application delivery and engineering teams to improve revenue-focused tech
• Mentor distributed Salesforce developers, QA, and technical resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver sales, partner, and commerce solutions.
• Advise on roadmaps, challenge requirements, and propose scalable solutions.
• Research trends and validate assumptions for informed product decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements, design, and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Salesforce development or equivalent, focusing on Lead-to-Cash, Demand-to-Cash, or
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and config-based approaches.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers/contractors in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Understanding of Salesforce security practices and secure development.
