🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of people management or leadership experience in GTM Automation/Ops engineering teams.
• 5+ years in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of GTM tech stack and tools (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clay) and data
• Hands-on experience building workflows and integrations using integration platforms or Python-based
• Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable
• Experience documenting automation frameworks, process maps, and adhering to security/compliance
